Scenario math mirrors the sheet's own cascade: each deal's monthly risk-weighted NR (linear-ramp phasing, straight from the pipeline tab) scales with your likelihood slider and with any gross / margin you edit (NR = gross × margin). The sheet adds freelance revenue back into NR at a fixed percentage of the likelihood bands and mirrors that same amount into freelance cost — so a pipeline delta moves Total NR by more than itself, while Estimated EBITDA still moves dollar-for-dollar (fixed comp & SG&A held at forecast). Sheet-excluded deals and no-number "shells" can be toggled on and given gross / margin to model new work. Phasing past December lands in next year and is excluded. This is a planning instrument — the sheet remains the book of record; scenarios save to their own SCENARIOS tab and never touch the forecast.
